Springfield Public Schools welcomes in the Class of 2039 at Kindergarten Welcome Nights!
Douglas Gardens Elementary's Kindergarten Welcome Night will take place Thursday, May 7 from 6-7 p.m.
Kids who turn five on or before September 1, 2026 are ready to start kindergarten in the 2026-27 school year!
At Kindergarten Welcome Night, you and your incoming kindergartener will:
- Tour the school.
- Meet teachers.
- Get enrollment help
- Get ideas for preparing for kindergarten.
- Have fun!
